The terms that govern individual course purchases and access to Skilara Academy.
Pre-launch status
Skilara is not currently accepting online purchases. The complete seller identity and final approved terms will be displayed here before checkout is enabled.
Course access
A confirmed individual purchase grants the named learner personal access to the purchased course version. Access must not be shared, resold or used to bypass organisation-seat licensing.
Educational scope
Courses provide education and evidence of completion. They are not legal advice, professional certification or a guarantee that an organisation satisfies every applicable obligation.
Assessment and certificates
Certificates are issued only after the required learning and assessment conditions are met. Skilara may revoke a certificate where it was obtained through fraud, misuse or a material platform error, with an auditable record of the decision.
Availability and changes
Skilara may maintain, correct and improve course content. Material version changes are governed separately, and learner completion evidence remains tied to the version completed.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the cancellation and refund policy.
