Our operating principles
Skilara is designed to collect only the information needed to deliver learning, administer organisations, process orders, provide support and meet defined legal obligations.
Your learning record
Course progress, assessment attempts and certificates are private. Public certificate verification exposes only the minimum facts needed to establish authenticity and status.
Control and retention
The platform includes authenticated rights-request intake, governed access and export fulfilment, reviewed correction and objection decisions, reversible processing restriction, legal-hold-aware deletion, versioned retention policies and auditable review. Requests can require human and legal review, and records that must be retained for legal obligations are not automatically erased.
Optional aggregate analytics
Optional public-site analytics are off until you choose to allow them. If allowed, Skilara stores daily aggregate counts by event, public path and language. The analytics record does not contain learner, payment, email, IP or device identifiers. Private learner, administrator and organisation-management journeys are excluded. Your choice is stored only on your device and can be reset by clearing this site’s local storage.

Controller and document status
Online purchasing is not enabled while the accountable seller identity and final legal approval are being completed. This notice describes the academy’s current data-handling controls.
